Employers need to hire the right candidate that can meet the job requirements and be a good cultural fit for the company. Applicants want to be treated fairly and evaluated based on their job skills and abilities and don’t want to have to wonder why they did or did not get the job.

Conducting compliant interviews is important not only to your team and the company, but also your long-term future.  We may have the best of intentions but if we are not aware of legal requirements for interviewing or the best types of questions to ask to identify the best applicant for the job, you could be putting your company at risk and letting great candidates get away!
